Virtual legal assistants have proven to be cost efficient, only charging for time spent attending to your work.
Ascot VLA can attend to the following administrative tasks:
  • general typing and editing,
  • audio and handwritten transcription,
  • direct transcription,
  • form creation,
  • tender and report typing,
  • document formatting,
  • draft letter writing,
  • filing - paper and electronic,
  • prepare briefs,
  • travel management and itineraries,
  • diary, calendar and contact list maintenance,
  • appointment arranging,
  • email maintenance,
  • internet research,
  • data entry,
  • electronic mail outs,
  • faxing, scanning and emailing,
  • time entry recording,
  • invoicing,
  • follow up outstanding invoices, and
  • post incoming and outgoing monies on your accounting system.
Should you require a service that is not listed, please contact the office to discuss.  Instructions can be communicated directly to Ascot VLA or they can be relayed via digital recording, email or fax.
If you have a "one off" job, Ascot VLA would be delighted to assist you.
A turnaround time will be given when the work is provided dependent upon workflow.  If a deadline is required this must be conveyed.
Ascot VLA's availability hours are flexible.  Assistance is provided Monday to Friday and upon request for evening and weekend work.  
If your office is within reasonable travelling distance, an on-site attendance can be arranged for preparing briefs, filing and other such activities. The office is located in Glenroy, Victoria and travel to the city of Melbourne for an attendance is possible.
